Rowing
What is rowing?
Rowing is the sport discipline that consists of the propulsion of a boat on water, throught the muscular srtength of one or more rowers, each of them using one or two oars as simple levers of the second degree and sitting with their backs facing the direction of the advance, with or without helmsman to guide them.
Some modalities:
In the tip boats, each athlete places both hands on the handle of the paddle
-Two with coxswain (Timonel) (2+)
The two with is the same as the two without safety because it has a helmsman, who usually goes lying on the bow. The helmsman is responsible for taking the direction of the boat by operating a rudder that is placed in the stern of the boat. Another task of the helmsman is to animate and give instructions to the rowers. Its minimum weight should be 32kg.
-Four with coxswain (Timonel) (4+)
It is the same as the four without but it has a helmsman usually lying in bow with the same characteristics as in the 2+ and whose minimum weight should be 51 kg.

KAYAK
Que es el kayak?
El kayak es un bote en el cual pueden estar uno, dos o cuatro tripulantes con finalidades prácticas deportiva y lograr desplazamiento en el agua. Este vehículo de agua era construido a la medida de su dueño y posee única abertura por la cual estará situado el tripulante.
Diferencias entre kayak y canoa:
El kayak es:
El kayak es una embarcación que comenzaron a utilizar los esquimales, tradicionalmente fabricada con piel de foca, cuya cubierta solo tiene una abertura, cerrado o no con un material impermeable que se ajusta al tronco de tripulante.
La Canoa es:
La canoa es una embarcación de remo muy estrecha, ordinariamente de una pieza, sin quilla y sin diferencia de forma entre proa y popa. El palista o canoista va de rodillas, con una sujeción sobre las piernas y palea con una pala de hoja única. Parece ser que provienen de los indios de norteamerica, aunque se les atribuye diferentes orígenes.

CONCLUSIÓN:
Me ha gustado mucho trabajar sobre estos temas ya que estos tipos de deportes en agua me parecen muy interesantes y divertidos.
